Smilecare is consultation based and will only advise you to use a plan that is to your benefit. Our team has successfully converted many practices and can advise you on the best way to convert your own practice.

Meet the team

George Manolescue
FCA CHAIRMAN
A fellow of ICAEW George has more years’ post qualification experience than he wishes to recall and now more than four decades of working with the dental sector. George knows since the creation of Smilecare more than 20 years ago, the sector has changed enormously and still continues to fascinate him, he admits it is his life’s work and will remain so for some time to come.
Away from the office his joy is spending time with his wife Prue, their three daughters, and now five grandchildren. George’s passions are fast cars, Rugby Union, great wine, good company and rock and blues, with an overall favourite: Led Zeppelin, truly the DB’s.

Kelly Webster
ACICM MANAGING DIRECTOR
Kelly joined Smilecare in early 2008 and has managed the company since January 2010. Kelly is very particular about the high level of service that Smilecare give to their clients, ensuring each client receives a very personal experience.
Kelly is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM). Kelly is very athletic and spends most evenings and weekends working out with weights, cardio training and walking. Kelly enjoys travel with her family and friends, and helps animals in need. Kelly supports Tiggywinkles, The Fox Project, The Salvation Army and Cancer Research.

Bethan Cameron
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Beth joined Smilecare in early 2016 and administers all areas of the business, meeting with practice principals and managers, talking to any of their patients with enquiries whilst completing the day-to-day duties.
Beth has a very personal service with the practice managers and will go out of her way to help them.
In her spare time Beth coaches (and plays) womens and childrens football, spends time with her family and enjoys going on long walks with her chocolate lab, Gracie.

Tracey Lawson
ADMINISTRATION
Tracey is the newest member of the team joining in 2024 and is assistant to Bethan with administration for the business.
Tracey began her dental career over 25 years ago as a dental assistant and has worked in multi specialised dental practices within the NHS and privately. Tracey also had the pleasure of being a Civil Servant in the Royal Air Force for a number of years.
Tracey later transitioned into becoming a practice manager and was responsible for the operations and smooth running of the practice and to ensure everyone in the practice work as one to safely deliver the services.
In her spare time, Tracey volunteers at Aylesbury Food Bank and has a ‘food bank cabinet’ on my front driveway for the general public to donate much needed food supplies. Tracey enjoys spending time with family & friends and going on walks with my two mad dogs – Toby & Willow.

Chloe Webster
ADMINISTRATION
Chloe joined Smilecare in January 2024 and assists Kelly and Bethan with setting up new patients on the system. Chloe is a very keen animal lover (like her mum!) and loves to spend time with her cat, Morgana. Chloe enjoys anime, cooking and horror films and spends time weekly volunteering at the RSPCA cattery.
