FAQs

Our plans are only in certain dental practices.  Please contact us below and we can assist with a practice nearby.  If your practice already uses us, then we can send you a link to sign up.

Plans are for a minimum of 12 months.  Each practice has bespoke Terms & Conditions but we would be happy to send these to you.  We understand that sometimes circumstances change and plans need to be cancelled before the end of the 12 month period.

Plans are payable by Direct Debit either monthly or annually in one lump sum.  We collect this on the first working day of each month.  We can also collect on the 15th of each month if this is easier.  We also allow patients to pay by standing order if neither of these dates are suitable.

Contact us below or call our office on 01844 396990 and we can do this for you.  We are open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 08.30am to 4pm on Fridays. Alternatively fill out the form with your new information here.

Each practice is bespoke.  Contact us and we can send you a copy of your practice Membership Leaflet to outline the benefits.

Not all of our practices offer this.  Please contact us and we will let you know if your practice offers this.
